Our Services

  • Testing, Education & Access

    CHASI provides extensive health services for individuals and groups, including free HIV and hepatitis C testing, workshops for managing chronic illness, and safer sex education.

  • Re-entry from Incarceration

    CHASI offers services to men and women returning to the community after incarceration.

  • HIV Services/ AIDS Services

    CHASI can help you figure out where to begin after an HIV diagnosis or where to pick up if you are re-entering treatment.

  • Overdose Emergency Care & Harm Reduction

    CHASI operates a syringe exchange program, provides education and care for active drug users, and offers connections to information and treatment for users and families.

  • Mobile Health and Hurricane Recovery

    CHASI Mobile Health Units travel throughout Staten Island, delivering high quality nursing care, health assessments, HIV tests, assistance with Health Insurance and SNAP applications, and Hurricane Sandy relief-related services right in your neighborhood.

  • Food Pantry & Assistance

    Get healthy, nutritious food for you and your family at the CHASI Food Pantry in Port Richmond.

  • Domestic Violence Services

    We have programs to help you heal after domestic violence. Services are available tailored for families, LGBTQ survivors, and for people involved in the criminal justice system.

  • Addiction & Substance Use Services

    CHASI offers addiction treatment services and help for alcohol-related driving convictions.

  • Health Care & Health Home

    CHASI can help you coordinate your health care, engage in supportive primary care and avoid unnecessary Emergency Room visits and hospitalizations.
