CHASI's Mobile Health Unit travels to North Shore communities on Staten Island to provide free education, prevention and health screening services.

Free services provided on the Mobile Health Unit:

• HIV counseling and testing
• Hepatitis C counseling and testing

  • Test requires a blood-draw. Results provided in about two weeks. Testing offered on the Mobile Health Unit and at our Van Duzer Street office.
• HIV prevention information
• Condoms, female condoms, dental dams, lubricant
• Hepatitis A and B vaccinations
• Blood pressure screenings
• Diabetes screenings
• Seasonal flu vaccinations
• Clean sterile syringes and safe disposal of used syringes
• Overdose prevention education
• Information on addiction treatment options and referrals to services
• Information and referral to health care and other services
